As the wheel turns to the Winter Solstice, this represents the shortest day and longest night of the year, the darkness has reach its height. As the Winter Solstice passes, the days slowly start to become lighter. The Winter Solstice has been celebrated by various cultures throughout history, symbolizing themes such as rebirth, renewal, reflection and the return of the light.

Lets today while bathed in the gong soundscapes pause and reconnect with ourselves, thank yourself for all you have achieved and experienced and set an intention for the coming weeks ahead.

You will need to bring a mat or something to lie on, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to make yourself cosy & warm plus water to drink. If you cannot lie on the floor feel free to bring along a folding chair something like an easy to carry outdoor chair, not forgetting your cosy blanket and pillow.
